Ticket refunds are permitted only in the event of closure of the Garden for technical or meteorological reasons.
Refunds can be requested starting from the following day and strictly no later than 15 days from the canceled date and must be requested by email to the following address: amministrazione@ilgiardinodeitarocchi.it.
There are no partial refunds.
